Child Care
The staff at Bellissima Skin Enhancement love children; however, due to the lack of space and respect to our neighbors we do ask that you please arrange alternate child care during your services. Children must be receiving services if present or accompanied by an adult.
Cancellation Policy
In the event that you need to cancel your scheduled appointment with us, we ask that you please call us at least 24 hours in advance as a courtesy to the staff, and so that we may possibly accommodate the needs of other clients. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation charge of up to 50% of the total service price. This amount will be charged to your credit card.
Referral Program
As a way to thank our clients who refer their friends and family to us we offer a referral incentive program to our valued customers. Please inquire about this program with your aesthetician.
Product Returns
We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all of our skin and body products, if you decide that it is not the right product for you, and provided that half of the original amount of product is unused, we will gladly take it back and exchange it for another product within 14 days of original purchase. Exchanges only, no cash or credit card refunds will be given.
Spa Etiquette
Show up to your scheduled appointment 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Sometimes paper work needs to be called out or updated before services can be performed. Kindly shut off all cell phones & electronic devices before entering the waiting area to respect other clients while their services are being performed. Please be advised that men and women seek the benefits proper skin care provides and that we must remain respectful to all clients regardless of gender. Take time to get back to reality, yet respect that the room must be prepared and used for the next client. Tipping is always left up to the discretion of the client. Unless noted, gift certificates for services and/or packages do not include gratuities. |
